The team is 1000 points, and we only got more than and 300 points. A lot of problems in the work have emerged from the game: honesty, lack of communication, team awareness, self centred, blind hasty etc..There is a saying that good coach: everyone wants to get into a good company, good company is created by our own staff, in future work, we have abandoned the problems in the staff common development goals in order to achieve the company.
